timberland boots euro sprint Gigi Hadid’s second Stuart Weitzman shoe collaboration
Gigi Hadid has just released her third collaboration for Stuart Weitzman and just as expected, the shoes are absolutely swoon worthy.
For this collection Gigi focused on the “evil eye” and it symbolic purpose to ward off negative energy. If that not good enough to keep this totem on your feet then perhaps you fall for the versatile color pallet featuring a rich navys, creamy greys and versatile tan hues.
We personally love this pair on Gigi that are ornately embellished with the protective symbol (you can never had enough!). The best part? You can do good with every step you take because proceeds from this collection support Pencils of Promise, a non profit devoted to quality education.

‘I’ve really been into slides lately and wanted a pair that can take me into fall no more cold toes!’ the supermodel said
The Evil Eye is actually a curse, a belief in which can be found in many cultures across the globe, including Israel, Iraq, Iran, and much of the rest of the Middle East. Often, people wear or carry charms called nazars which have an eye symbol to protect against it and ward off bad luck.
Gigi seems to be hoping her new limited shoe collection will bring similar good fortune to herself and others who wear it.
The collaboration includes two styles of mules: There’s the Eyelove, a $498 slip on with a single eye on top, which comes in both tan and deep indigo. There’s also the Eyelovemore, a $598 mile with several eyes that comes in a frosted gray.
All three versions are made of suede with a shearling lining and metallic heel, and come in a signature Gigi Hadid box with a matching dust bag.
‘I’ve really been into slides lately and wanted a pair that can take me into fall no more cold toes!’ the supermodel said.
She also wanted to create something for the holidays that wasn’t just another bedazzled stiletto.
The whole outfit! She suggests pairing the shoes with socks and styling them withcropped jeans or a long sweaterdress
‘Anyone can pick the most sparkly, random, amazing shoe they can find, but I wanted something that spoke to me and that I could wear every day,’ she told Vogue.
‘I’ve gotten more into my comfort zone in terms of clothes in the sense that I’m just super down to be comfortable all the time’ even when I need to get dressed up,’ she went on. ‘I feel a lot more confident in something that’s comfortable.
‘The flat is sleek and chic but you don’t feel like you’re thinking of your feet all day because they’re taken care of.’
As for styling them for winter, Gigi suggested pairing them with a ‘really simple but feminine sock,’ saying: ‘You could do it with cropped jeans, a long sweaterdress really anything.’
Gigi put her shoes to the test personally, donning a pair of the mules to attend an event celebrating their launch at Stuart Weitzman’s store in New York’s Soho.
Pairing the pale orange shoes with an all white ensemble, Gigi looked every inch the style superstar, wearing a pair of white cropped trousers, a white wrap around shirt and a snug white coat to keep out the winter chill.
Going for a spin: The model even matched her orange toned eyeshadow to the shade of the pointed toe shoes
Starting today, the shoes are available to buy at Stuart Weitzman stores, Moda Operandi, and Lane Crawford. Stuart Weitzman’s Soho store in New York has even been transformed into a Gigi Hadid pop up shop for the occasion.
Proceeds from the new shoes will go to Pencils of Promise, as part of a $105,000 donation pledged by the brand.
‘The bright colors are fun and remind me why we designed these shoes they represent our commitment to build three additional schools with Pencils of Promise,’ Gigi added, referencing the ones they hope to help erect in Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos.
This is the first project forGiovanni Morell, Stuart Weitzman’snew creative director. Together with Gigi, who is also the face of the Fall/Winter 2017 ad campaign, the pair tweaked a silhouette already produced by the brand to reflect her own style.
To celebrate the new shoes, Gigi also starred in short filmdirected by Cameron Duddy called The Season for Loving, in which she models all three pairs.
In the clip, she goes for a walk in New York and gets a Tarot card reading, with the deck stamped with more images of the Evil Eye.
